Nope. There’s no new episode of Landman on Paramount+ this week. The series has been on hiatus ever since its Season 2 finale aired in January 2026.

Will Taylor Sheridan’s Landman Be Back For Season 3?

Yes! Landman Season 2 broke streaming records, which led to Paramount+ renewing its popular drama for a third season in December 2025.

When Will Landman Season 3 Air on Paramount?

That’s still TBD, but we do have some info that helps us narrow down a potential timeframe.

During a May 2026 appearance on Howie Mandel’s podcast, Landman star Billy Bob Thornton confirmed that production on the third season was delayed until “the end of August,” which will obviously push the Season 3 release date. Production is currently scheduled to start in late August in Ft. Worth, Texas.

James Jordan, who plays Dale on the hit series, recently told Us Weekly that he received a script for the upcoming season.

“I’ve got the Season 3 script. It was sent to me right in this phone,” Jordan said. “I will guard it with my life. But I snuck a quick peek. I really have to read it later, but it’s going to be amazing.”

The first two seasons of Landman premiered in November of 2024 and 2025, respectively. While there’s no official release date, we expect Landman Season 3 to return in early 2027 on Paramount+.
