The San Francisco 49ers are losing players with injuries at an absurd rate during the team’s training camp.

49ers star running back Christian McCaffrey, on the other hand, is adding another member to his own team. His wife, former Miss Universe winner Olivia Culpo, is pregnant with the couple’s second baby.

Culpo has not been as active as she usually is on social media while she goes through her second pregnancy in less than two years, as she and McCaffrey had their first child, a daughter named Colette, in July of 2025.

But Culpo showed off her baby bump on social media on Wednesday, posting a selfie to her Instagram story.

The photo showed off Culpo’s outfit, which was a loose white shirt that retails for $450, along with a pair of blue jeans. She also linked to the outfit so fans could copy the look themselves if they wanted.

It’s unclear exactly how far along Culpo is in her pregnancy. But given the size of her baby bump, it would seem that McCaffrey might be expecting his second baby at some point in the first half of San Francisco’s upcoming season.

Given the injuries the 49ers’ offense has already sustained, they’re going to need their star running back to stay healthy if they are to make a deep postseason run.

McCaffery managed to play in all 17 of San Francisco’s regular season games last year, carrying the ball 311 times for 1,202 yards with 10 touchdowns while adding 102 receptions for 924 yards and seven scores through the air.
