Warriors’ Steph Curry calls out Jimmy Butler for hilarious Instagram post

Golden State Warriors star Jimmy Butler trolled Steph Curry in a recent series of pictures posted on Instagram.
Butler, who is on a trip to Amsterdam, posted pictures of his overseas workout — but with a twist. It appears Butler photoshopped Curry’s face over his own in each of the five photos.
Curry commented on the Instagram post, “What is wrong with you” along with a laughing emoji.
Butler has earned a reputation for his comedic demeanor off the court. In 2023 with the Miami Heat, Butler showed up to NBA Media Day with a bizarre hairstyle that later became known as “Emo Jimmy.”
This also isn’t the first time Butler has involved Curry in one of his humorous antics as the Warriors duo previously pranked former teammate Buddy Hield.
Butler and Curry are obviously close enough to joke with one another, including the latter calling out the former for his hilarious Instagram post.
While the Warriors are keeping things lighthearted off the court, the team has several question marks heading into the 2026-27 season.
Aside from the LeBron James sweepstakes, Golden State was extremely quiet in free agency. Its most notable move of the offseason was selecting Yaxel Lendeborg as the No. 11 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
As Butler and Moses Moody recover from injuries, the Warriors have once again placed the offensive load on Curry’s shoulders. While the 38-year-old remains an elite player, that is no easy task for a star who is hoping to get his squad a playoff spot.
