Conservative activist Scott LoBaido was dead for two minutes after a confrontation with Mayor Zohran Mamdani at a pro-cop event on Tuesday ended in a heart attack — but he promised The Post not even a coronary could stop his crusade to keep the socialist away from the 25th anniversary of 9/11 at Ground Zero.

Even while recovering from his near-fatal heart attack — in which witnesses and friends said his heart stopped for two minutes and he had no pulse — LoBaido orchestrated a plane to fly around Manhattan on Friday with a banner bearing a warning to the mayor.

“Mamdandi [sic], stay away from Ground Zero,” the banner read.

“I’m trying to rest up, keep my blood pressure down, but the work must continue. As long as my heart is ticking, I’m not done,” LoBaido said Saturday from his Staten Island home.

The mayor has vowed to attend the 25th anniversary ceremony of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, despite the vociferous opposition from many families of victims of 9/11.

LoBaido, an artist, delivered a similar, more colorful message directly to Mamdani shortly before his heart attack Tuesday.

“Stay the f–k away from Ground Zero!” LoBaido had shouted at the mayor at the NYPD’s 43rd Patrol Borough National Night Out Against Crime on Tuesday.

Mamdani, wearing a big grin, drew loud jeers and a barrage of profanities from attendees as the Democratic socialist made his way up to the podium at the National Night Out Against Crime event, social media videos show.

“Thank you to my brother, Scott LoBaido, a great artist, but we disagree on politics,” Mamdani said, according to a video shared with The Post. He spoke for less than a minute, wishing Staten Islanders a “Happy Night Out Against Crime” before being whisked off to the side.

After LoBaido unsuccessfully tried to approach the mayor after his remarks, the rabble-rousing Staten Island artist shared that he wasn’t “feeling well” and collapsed on the ground.

The 61-year-old public artist suffered a ventricular fibrillation and had to be brought back — once by CPR and twice by defibrillators — after flatlining twice.

He was then taken to Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health where doctors installed a defibrillator in his heart on Thursday.

Hizzoner has not reached out to LoBaido since the heart attack, according to his manager.

But LoBaido’s message for Mamdani remained clear.

“Stay the f–k away from Ground Zero! Be a man and respect the wishes of a great majority of the friends and family of the victims,” LoBaido said.

“I’m not the authority, I’m the messenger, and as long as my hearts beating my message will continue.”

John Tobacco, a friend of LoBaido and host of “Wise Guys” on Newsmax, said the heavens sent his buddy back to Earth to settle unfinished business.

“I told him in that two minutes neither God nor Satan wanted him. So they sent him back from the dead to haunt Mamdani,” Tobacco said. 

Given his health scare, LoBaido had a message for potential clients.

“You better buy my artwork while you have the f–king chance!” he joked.
