Eric Adams associate Alisa Roever promoting another star-studded charity event that doesn’t seem to exist

Eric Adams associate Alisa Roever is once again promoting an event for her charity Angels Helpers that, according to sources, doesn’t appear to exist.

The former mayor is currently listed as a “co-founderer” [sic] on the charity’s website, while his brother Bernard — initially listed as a co-founder two years ago— is now identified as a “board member.”

Roever recently posted a flyer promoting a New Year’s Eve bash featuring Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and DJ Khaled, plastered with the logos of Angels Helpers, the Big Art Event and FIFA. The flyer claimed the event would benefit Angel’s Helpers and directed would-be guests to a website that did not work when we tried it.

(An initial version of the post gave the year as 2025 before Roever updated and reposted it with the correct date.)

She also reposted someone’s story of the flier that had the caption “For tickets contact Alisa Roever. And see you there!”

There’s just one problem: Sources connected to Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent tell us neither star is booked for the bash — and they weren’t even aware of it.

One source described the flyer as “fraudulent.”

We hear Big Art Festival is, in fact, holding an event with 50 Cent in St. Bart’s on that date. But it’s an intimate concert that is not ticketed and has no affiliation with Angel’s Helpers, we’re told.

A rep for the “Candy Shop,” rapper confirmed he is not booked for an event with Angels Helpers.

When we began making calls on the phantom event, Roever’s post disappeared.

A rep for Adams told us he was unavailable for comment. We did not hear back from a rep for DJ Khaled Snoop Dogg, FIFA, or Berin Iglesias Art, which runs the Big Art Event.

Roever did not respond to request for comment and instead posted an Instagram Story of an 2011 Page Six item from about her wedding to Robert Roever, whom she has since divorced.

Roever is close with Adams and is frequently seen with him on nights out. In January 2025 their relationship drew scrutiny when she rode to President Trump’s inauguration with Hizzoner’s security detail causing an outcry over City Hall’s “ethical sloppiness.”

This isn’t the first time Roever has proclaimed to be holding an event connected to Adams before shamelessly walking it back.

In March 2025, Page Six reported that Roever was promising another pie-in-the-sky affair: an after-party for Anna Wintour’s Met Gala at Gracie Mansion, dubbed the “Mayor Gala.”

“May 5th after Met Gala… Mayor gala at Gracie Mansion,” her post read.

She also teased a crypto conference on May 20 at “Gracie Mansion!”

But an Adams rep told us Adams had never heard of either event.

“Can’t tell you where this came from since it was never discussed, let alone approved, on our end,” the rep said at the time.

Roever then simply deleted the post.

And in October 2024, she sold tickets — for as much as $11,000 — to an Angels Helpers gala that promised Adams would attend. The event was ultimately canceled, but several guests didn’t get the memo and showed up at an empty venue.

(A lawyer for the charity insisted at the time, “Everyone has been refunded.”)
