Even the trash cans aren’t safe in LA.

Two men were seen allegedly stealing multiple blue recycling bins — while riding in a moving red Dodge Caliber hatchback in South Los Angeles.

The bizarre bin heist was captured on video and has been making the rounds on TikTok.

The footage, posted by @katherine23mk, reportedly shows the men grabbing multiple recycling bins as the car moves along near Manchester Avenue and San Pedro Street.

The clip has racked up more than 33,500 views.

One user, lisaaddas, wrote, “Not even the trash cans are safe.”

Another user, Moni Ramirez, said, “I don’t think they can surprise me anymore.”

Andrew, another commenter, questioned why anyone would go through the trouble of stealing recycling bins before offering his own theory.

“They steal them because someone stole theirs. usually they’re stolen to dump construction waste,” he wrote.

The apparent theft left many wondering what exactly someone plans to do with a pile of blue recycling bins.

The video comes as residents across Los Angeles continue to grapple with rampant theft and other brazen street crimes.
