Anne Hathaway isn’t afraid to switch things up.

The actress covers Vogue China’s September issue with a brand-new pixie cut styled by her go-to hairstylist, Orlando Pita.

Almost certainly the work of a wig, Hathaway’s hair is worn wild and spiky in some of photographer Norman Jean Roy’s shots; in others, it’s styled sleek and straight, like a mini bowl cut.

The 43-year-old Oscar winner models a white Louis Vuitton blazer with black trim on the cover — along with the same Bulgari necklace Céline Dion paired with a fur Saint Laurent jacket on Harper’s Bazaar’s September cover, which dropped earlier this week.

The Tubogas choker from the Eclettica high jewelry collection is crafted around a 49-carat cushion-cut tanzanite stone, which is surrounded by more than 4 carats of diamonds as well as lapis lazuli and turquoise, the brand told Page Six Style.

While it’s unclear when Hathaway’s cover shoot took place, it seems the interview was conduced relatively recently; the story references the actress’ third pregnancy, which she announced in June.

But fans would be forgiven for assuming the images were taken years ago. The last time Hathaway wore her hair this short was in 2012, when she buzzed off her long locks for her critically acclaimed role as Fantine in “Les Misérables.”

By the time she accepted her Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2013, Hathaway’s hair had grown into a gamine pixie similar to her Vogue China ‘do.

The star has experimented with her color, too, going honey blond for her 2019 film “Serenity” and declaring it a shift in attitude.

“I felt funnier!” she told W magazine of the dye job at the time.

“I don’t know why, but I just felt that I could be funnier while saying less. I know that doesn’t make any sense, but it was just — it’s nice. And it also made me want to do it more in life, like, just mess around with [my hair] and not get too fixed on anything.”

She’s clearly taken the message to heart.
