Travis Kelce shelled out millions for massive lakefront mansion in Ohio before Taylor Swift wedding: report

Travis Kelce reportedly dished out millions to purchase a massive lakefront mansion in Ohio before his wedding to Taylor Swift.

The Kansas City Chiefs star purchased the residence for $5.35 million, according to property records obtained by the Wall Street Journal.

The outlet reported that Kelce, 36, closed on the 21,000-square-foot home in March — four months before he and Swift, also 36, exchanged vows inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden.

The 3.5-acre property in Bratenahl — which is miles away from where Kelce grew up in Cleveland Heights — was previously owned by Gary Pellegrino, who bought the home for $1.95 million in 2023.

The WSJ reported that the residence underwent an “extensive renovation” and was later listed for $6.99 million in 2024. The most recent asking price was $5.99 million.

The mansion sits on the edge of Lake Eerie and has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a game room and a home theater.

The home’s previous gatehouse was modified into a two-bedroom guest cottage.

Kelce’s new residence also features a heated pool, temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, a fitness center, a billiards room and a poker area.

In a statement released through their team to WSJ, David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland — who represented both sides of the transaction — said: “We’re thrilled for the new owners and so excited for Cleveland.”

Page Six previously reported in October 2023 that Kelce bought a $6 million mansion in Kansas City, Missouri, in a desperate bid for more privacy surrounding his then-newfound romance with the “Bad Blood” songstress.
