The RealReal’s Julie Wainwright wants $7.88M for her NYC home in the world’s first skyscraper

The RealReal founder and former CEO Julie Wainwright is taking another shot at selling her Manhattan condo.

Just ahead of New York Fashion Week, the luxury resale entrepreneur has relisted her 34th-floor condo inside the landmarked Woolworth Building — the world’s first skyscraper — for $7.88 million, according to StreetEasy.

Wainwright previously offered the home for the same price in June 2024 before taking it off the market later that year.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bath residence spans 3,282 square feet and commands panoramic city, skyline and river views from 2 Park Place in Lower Manhattan.

Wainwright paid $6.75 million for the condo in 2020, shortly after taking the RealReal public. The Post covered the purchase when the home had most recently been asking $7.19 million.

Her latest asking price is roughly $1.13 million more than she paid.

The residence carries nearly $13,916 in combined monthly common charges and property taxes.

The renewed listing follows another notable deal for Wainwright. In November 2024, she sold her five-bedroom Beverly Hills home for $10.7 million after initially asking $11.99 million. She purchased that property for $9.65 million in 2021, as The Post previously reported.

Wainwright founded the RealReal in 2011 and led the luxury consignment company through its 2019 initial public offering before stepping down in 2022.

Kane Manera of Corcoran holds the listing. He declined to comment.
