A black-clad burglar tried to bust into a luxe Hollywood Hills mansion reportedly belonging to filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, but fled before cops could get their hands on him.

The mystery man was spotted breaking into the second floor of the three-story home on the 7400 block of Woodrow Wilson Drive on Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

A gardener at the property reported seeing the suspect, described as a roughly 35-year-old man wearing long black sleeves and black pants.

By the time police arrived, the alleged burglar had already fled.

Officers searched the home but couldn’t find him.

It’s still unclear whether the intruder got away with any loot, or whether anyone was inside the mansion when the attempted break-in happened.

Initial reports identified the residence as potentially belonging to Tarantino, but that has not been confirmed.
