Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were hauled out of their Georgia mansion by US Marshals — and now the house has quietly sold, The Post has learned.

The Milton estate known as The Manor closed earlier this summer, on June 30, for $3.67 million, property records show — the final gut punch in a saga that dragged the 15,600-square-foot property from a $6 million fantasy down to a fire sale in less than three years.

Zolciak and Biermann bought the place for a mere $880,000 in October 2012, months after their wedding, and filled it with six kids, a private arcade and a 500-bottle wine cellar. 

The marriage cratered right along with the mortgage.

By early 2023, the couple had defaulted on a $1.65 million loan against the property. Truist Bank moved to foreclose, and Biermann filed for divorce for the second time that August.

What followed was a two-year fire sale. The home hit the market in October 2023 asking $6 million. The price bled out over the next year, sliding as low as $3.65 million, before the exes finally unloaded it for $2.75 million in a deal that closed just ahead of a scheduled foreclosure auction in December 2024.

Biermann later accused his ex in court filings of blowing up the sale process, claiming her spending habits had left the house as their only shared asset and that she rejected any offer under $3.85 million because she worried it would not leave her enough to buy a new place. He asked a judge to cut her out of the sale decisions entirely.

Even after the deal closed, the couple would not leave. The new owners had to go to court, and on April 8, 2025, US Marshals showed up and physically removed Zolciak and Biermann from the property. 

A legal filing obtained by The Post accused the pair of overstaying “premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them.” 

The eviction played out over roughly three hours that afternoon, and Zolciak was reportedly selling off furniture from the house on Instagram the same day, including her daughter Ariana’s bedroom set for $10,000.

The home’s new owners waited less than a year to try again. They relisted The Manor in February 2026 for $4.65 million, a steep markup from what they paid, betting on the property’s amenities to do the talking. 

The listing leaned hard into the seven bedrooms, the wine cellar, the home theater, the private massage room off the gym and a detached garage suite once used as a salon, now pitched as flexible space for an au pair or a home office. 

The market was not as generous as the sellers hoped. The price dropped to $4.19 million in March, then to $3.89 million in May, before finally settling at $3.67 million in June, a loss of nearly $1 million off the relist price and barely half of what Zolciak and Biermann originally sought in 2023.

Zolciak has said she has moved on to a smaller home in Georgia. 

“I just moved into a brand new home that I love at the end of February,” she said on “Watch What Happens Live” in July 2025. “I’m happy, it’s great, it’s perfect.”

The divorce has not cooled off since. Biermann has sought sole custody of the couple’s four biological children, accusing Zolciak in filings of being “wholly unavailable to parent the children in any fashion” and leaving the country for weeks at a time. Zolciak has denied these claims. 

“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,” she said in a statement. “I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for, something I will never apologize for.”

The family’s legal troubles have only deepened since. 

The couple’s eldest son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., 15, was accused on Friday of having sex with an underage relative, according to prosecutors. The allegation surfaced during a bond hearing in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court, where KJ is facing seven felony charges in a separate alleged sexual assault involving a female classmate. 

Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy told the court that investigators previously discovered videos on KJ’s cell phone allegedly showing “multiple encounters” involving penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12.

McGillicuddy also alleged the footage captured KJ using “predatory, derogatory” language toward the child.
