This one will be tough for Oregon to recover from in the College Football Playoff picture.

The Ducks, No. 6 in the country and coming off a season where they lost to Indiana in the CFP semifinals, were stunned by Oklahoma State — which had a 21-game losing streak against FBS teams — 39-31 Saturday in Stillwater.

It marked the first time in history where an FBS team snapped a losing streak of 10 games or more by defeating a top-10 team, according to ESPN.

Oklahoma State’s last victory occurred during the season opener last year against UT Martin.

But Saturday, the Cowboys celebrated as fans stormed the field around them.

“I don’t know if I can top this. I’m not going to retire, but I might think about it tonight,” Cowboys coach Eric Morris told reporters after the game.

Drew Mestemaker threw for 317 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, while running back Caleb Hawkins and Mestemaker each rushed for over 100 yards and recorded a touchdown.
