Cardinals vs. Chargers prediction: NFL picks, best bets, parlay Sunday

Jacoby Brissett vs. Justin Herbert in an NFC West vs. AFC West matchup.

Brissett has been solid for the Cardinals since he became the starter and their offense has some decent weapons, starting with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson.

It is unclear whether Jeremiah Love will play in this game, with the star rookie running back receiving a questionable tag.

Arizona enters as a 9.5-point underdog, as the Chargers profile as one of the best teams in the NFL.

That’s fine, and they may be that good, but i think we’re disrespecting the Cardinals a bit.

Late last year, the Cardinals were quietly a solid squad that had plenty of offensive firepower, with Wilson jumping in as a legitimate top wide receiver on the team.

The Chargers could blow them out here, but I believe in Brissett to keep it close in a potential shootout.

Whether Love plays or sits, I’m taking the Cardinals to keep this one within one score.

The best way to play this is to target the Cardinals +9.5 and the Under in a same-game parlay.

Those two outcomes are obviously related and a great wager for this weekend’s contest.

PREDICTION: SGP: Cardinals +9.5 + Under 47.5 (+220, Fanatics)
