Juliet Mayhew has officially traded the “Housewives” dinner table for the Broadway stage — and, naturally, she did it in a nearly one-meter-long Titanic hat.

The “Real Housewives of London” star made a surprise cameo in Broadway’s gloriously loony musical comedy “Titanique” — heavily inspired by the shimmering discography of pop diva Celine Dion — this weekend, marking a major full-circle moment for the professionally trained actor, singer and dancer.

And while Mayhew may have been serving “Housewife” realness under those theater lights, she was actually returning to the world she knew long before reality TV came calling.

“It was such a wonderfully bonkers, full-circle moment!” Mayhew, 49, exclusively tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea.”

The opportunity originally came when Mayhew was invited to make a cameo in the London production of “Titanique.” After a journey filled with cancellations that she jokes was “almost as eventful as the Titanic itself,” the opportunity eventually sailed across the Atlantic.

When Broadway came calling, she simply couldn’t say no.

“Broadway has always been a dream, so the thought of actually stepping onto that stage was incredibly exciting and surreal,” she says.

And Mayhew committed to the bit — hard.

She had a custom costume created in London by designer William F. Henderson, who has worked on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and, in a fabulous coincidence, trained at the same drama school as Mayhew.

The pièce de résistance? An enormous Titanic-inspired hat measuring nearly a meter long and 60 centimeters high, complete with feathers exploding from the top. Add rubber gloves and a feather duster, and suddenly, she says, “Juliet the Housewife” had entered her Broadway era.

“It took two people to get me into the outfit. The waist was snatched! I could barely breathe, but darling, apparently that is the price of Broadway!” Mayhew elaborates. “I’m Australian. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. Go big or go home, mate!”

But beneath the feathers, corsetry and camp, the cameo carried some serious emotional weight.

Before becoming a “Housewife,” Mayhew was a professionally trained “triple-threat” performer, studying at ArtsEd Tring, London Studio Centre and NIDA in Australia.

“Being on Broadway was a dream come true,” she tells “VRT.” “It felt like coming home to a part of myself that had been there all along.”

Once she hit the stage, that training kicked right back in — singing, dancing, improvising, reacting to the cast and even busting out a time step.

“The second I was out there,” she recalls, “I was completely in my element.”

The most surreal moment? Hearing the Broadway audience react to her for the first time.

“There’s no retake and no edit,” she says. “You’re listening to the actors, bouncing off their energy, improvising, playing with the audience and trusting your instincts.”

After two seasons of “RHOLDN,” Mayhew says she’s actually discovered that “Housewives” can be excellent preparation for live theater.

“You can arrive thinking you know where a scene is going, somebody says something completely unexpected and suddenly you have to react and run with it,” she explains.

Her verdict? “Broadway might actually be the calmer option!”

Her New York City trip also included some “Housewives” crossover, as Mayhew spent time with “Beverly Hills” stars Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne and Tracy Tutor, who were in town to film scenes for their upcoming season during New York Fashion Week. The ladies linked up at Sutton’s fifth annual Celebration Honoring Women Pioneers of Circular Fashion at the Martha Graham Dance Center.

Mayhew particularly bonded with Stracke, 54, who, like her, is a trained dancer.

She could even see Stracke taking the Broadway stage herself — preferably as “Mame,” with “fabulous clothes, razor-sharp lines and a killer entrance,” of course. 

Or perhaps “Titanique” itself?

“With two former dancers, a live audience and permission to improvise, I’m not entirely convinced either of us would stick to the script,” Mayhew says. “And frankly, that might be the best part!”

As for the Celine Dion hit to soundtrack her Titanic adventure, Mayhew’s pick is decidedly romantic: “The Power of Love.”

“My Heart Will Go On” may now have an entirely new meaning for her, she shares, but “The Power of Love” remains the song that gets her every time.

“I’m an enormous romantic,” the reality TV personality says. “For me, love is the great anchor in life: my husband, my family, my faith and the people I cherish.”

And really, what better song for a “Housewife” who just manifested her Broadway dreams?

“Celine doesn’t merely sing a love song. She launches it into another stratosphere!” Mayhew exclaims. “Which, come to think of it, is probably rather appropriate for me!”

A handful of reality stars came out to see “Titanique” when Mayhew made her Broadway debut, including “Love Island USA” Season 8 winners Bryce Alakai and Trinity Tatum, as well as “Selling Sunset” star Amanza Smith.

“Titanique” ends its Broadway run on Sept. 20. “The Real Housewives of London” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available to stream the next day on Peacock.
