Halle Berry might not have been on last night’s Emmys 2026 red carpet, but Zendaya brought her likeness to the evening’s festivities.

Zendaya, who was nominated for her role in HBO’s “Euphoria,” wowed at the awards show in a plunging embellished gown that sparkled under the flashing lights of the paparazzi.

The custom Prada look was reminiscent of Halle Berry’s 2002 beaded Collette Dinnigan minidress from the premiere of “Die Another Day.”

Plus, the “Drama” star took her Berry inspiration even further, chopping her hair into a pixie cut that also paid homage to Halle.

Stylist Law Roach, shared an image of Halle Berry on his Instagram Story Monday night, confirming the intention. “The original @halleberry,” he wrote.

And, come morning, Berry voiced her approval of the sartorial nod, reposting the side-by-side on Instagram and writing approvingly: “she murdered the night!”

The inspiration comes from a mutual admiration and respect between the pair.

Back in 2021, Berry named Zendaya as her singular pick to represent the future of Hollywood. “She’s wildly talented, young and already has an Emmy … she’s brave, not afraid to take chances, authentic and wildly beautiful. But she’s not afraid not to be beautiful,” she shared.

Zendaya replied, adding that she was “incredibly honored.”

“She’s always been so lovely and so supportive. Whenever I’ve run into her, she’s always taken the time to stop and talk to me — and share love and words of encouragement. It means the world to me.”
