KJ Biermann out of jail on bond, but he is far from free.

While the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak, 48, and Kroy Biermann, 41, awaits trial on a string of felony sexual assault charges, a judge’s strict bond conditions have left him virtually secluded from the outside world.

KJ was released this week after spending nearly a month behind bars, and he is now living with Kim in Alpharetta, Georgia.

His new reality includes virtual schooling, no cellphone, no social media and no sports, and he is required to remain at his mother’s six-bedroom, roughly 4,000-square-foot home under the terms of his bond. He will also be subject to electronic monitoring.

KJ is banned from having any direct or indirect contact with the alleged victim, her family or associates, and is barred from being in contact with anyone under the age of 16.

KJ was also required to surrender his passport to his pretrial officer before being released from custody, according to a Sept. 15 filing exclusively obtained by Page Six.

The strict conditions were imposed by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge after she granted KJ $200,000 bond on Sept. 11.

At the hearing, KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, argued in court that his client is “not a boisterous kid,” and that his reality star mom would be able to keep an eye on him since she is not currently employed.

Despite the restrictions, Kim’s million-dollar, six-bedroom, six-bathroom home that KJ will be confined to is a far cry from Atlanta’s Metro Youth Detention Center, where he was held following his Aug. 17 arrest.

Prior to his bond being granted, sexual assault case expert and former prosecutor Lindsay Richards, who is not involved in the case, told Page Six that KJ would likely face significant restrictions if he were released.

“I think there’s a likelihood he’ll be released and he will have a lot of conditions of his release,” Richards told us earlier this month.”I think he’ll be on a GPS. He’ll probably be on house arrest, having to do school at home.”

Richards added that the charges are “unbelievably serious” and could result in decades of prison time if KJ is convicted.

KJ was formally indicted earlier this month on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 stemming from an alleged incident at a Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, earlier this year.

During the bond hearing, prosecutors claimed that multiple videos involving KJ and an underage family member were found on the teen’s cellphone. Prosecutors also alleged that KJ had been under court supervision since October 2025 in connection with a prior juvenile matter.

KJ’s cellphone has previously been a point of contention in his parents’ divorce case.

Sheffield defended his client following the revelation in a statement obtained by Page Six, stating that “the characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case.”

The attorney has maintained KJ’s innocence throughout the case, previously telling Page Six that his client is “100% innocent” and that he “tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher.”

KJ’s next court date is a plea and arraignment hearing scheduled for Oct. 14.
