The son of a senior Baltimore state’s attorney’s office employee is accused of raping two 13-year-old girls — fathering a child with one of the teens, according to court records.

Malik Hassan Allen, 20, was arrested and hit with rape, assault and sex abuse charges in connection with horrifying allegations brought forward by the girls.

The teens alleged that Allen raped them in May and August 2025, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Arrest documents reviewed by the Sun indicate that in August 2025, the mother of one of the girls reported her daughter was allegedly raped by Allen.

The suspect allegedly jumped on top of the teen while she was sleeping in a basement, forcibly removed her clothes and assaulted her, placing his hands around her neck and causing her to almost pass out, according to charging documents.

The alleged attack only stopped when the teen’s brother called out Allen’s name from elsewhere in the house, according to CBS.

Allen then threatened the victim, saying “something would happen to her,” if she reported the alleged abuse, according to prosecutors.

A bail review sheet from June 17 says that the girl gave birth and that DNA analysis confirmed that Allen was the biological father, according to the Sun.

Allen was locked up without bond and is due in court for a pretrial conference on Oct. 1.

He faces a second indictment stemming from two separate encounters inside his Baltimore home.

The suspect is the son of Hassan Giordano, chief of external affairs for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.

The alleged sex assaults occurred in Baltimore City, however, because of a potential conflict of interest Baltimore County prosecutors will handle the case. 

“When our office learned of the allegations, it immediately referred the matter to the Baltimore County Stateʼs Attorneyʼs Office because of the potential conflict, so that they could conduct their own investigation,” city prosecutor spokesperson James Bentley told the Sun.
