WASHINGTON — Arabella Kushner, the 15-year-old daughter of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, made her state dinner debut on Thursday night and used her Chinese language skills to offer a special greeting to President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan.

The first granddaughter, who has taken Mandarin since she was three, greeted the Chinese couple at the White House arrival ceremony, in their native tongue, saying “Welcome to America,” The Post has learned. 

For their part, Xi and Peng expressed their delight, saying they couldn’t believe how big Kushner had gotten since the last time they saw her.

Arabella was just 6 the last time Xi and Peng set eyes on her. That was during President Trump’s first term, when, during a visit to Beijing, he showed Xi a video of little Arabella, wearing a traditional Chinese-style dress, singing in Mandarin.

For his part, Xi gave her performance an “A+” and called her a “child star.” 

The eldest child of Kushner and Trump, Arabella lives in Florida with her parents and siblings Joseph and Theodore.

The teen donned a black floor-length ball gown and wore her hair up for Thursday’s state dinner in the East Room at the White House. Sitting between her mom and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Arabella also shared a table with other members of the high court. 

Ivanka Trump wore a light blue, crystal-encrusted Georges Hobeika corset gown.

The mother-daughter duo also attended Thursday’s formal welcoming ceremony, where they had a front row seat. Arabella sat next to Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The two then attended the military review, standing with members of President Trump’s Cabinet.

Arabella wore a white belted midi dress by Self-Portrait and Ivanka wore a robin’s egg blue dress by Chinese designer Guo Pei.

She’s long been a social media star in China, going back to the first Trump term when Ivanka shared videos online of Arabella singing in Mandarin.

The videos went viral in China.

In Arabella’s video message to Xi, the youngest said in his native tongue: “Hello everyone, let me sing a song.”

She then launched into a traditional Chinese folk song about the country’s beautiful landscapes.
