Carrot Top texted his manager “done” in a chilling message before his suicide attempt last week.

The comedian’s manager told officers that he had spoken to his client in a phone call on Sept. 18 about an article accusing him of sexual misconduct that was set to be released, according to a police report obtained by Page Six.

Carrot Top — born Scott Thompson — then told his manager his Las Vegas residency would be over and claimed he hoped an unnamed woman and her daughter would be fine without him before hanging up.

Shortly after the call ended, Thompson allegedly messaged his manager, writing, “Done.”

The manager was unable to get ahold of Thompson and called the police to check up on him.

Officers arrived at Thompson’s Las Vegas home at 4:21 p.m. (local time), where he was found unconscious by his pool and transported to the hospital in critical condition, per the report.

Thompson allegedly overdosed on prescription pills, TMZ previously reported.

He currently remains hospitalized, but is “now awake” [and] “breathing on his own,” his rep told Page Six on Sunday.

Thompson’s lawyer confirmed his client attempted suicide in a court filing on Sunday, requesting an “immediate protective relief” to prevent the performer’s former opening act Brian Evans from “exposing [Thompson] to ill repute, false allegations, and salacious materials.”

The attorney claimed that the musician was trying to extort Thompson over a sex tape he threatened to release if he wasn’t granted $500,000.

“Evans demands immediate payment of significant sums and states that, absent immediate payment, a sexually explicit recording of Thompson will be filed in the public court file so that it may be obtained and disseminated by the press and other parties,” the lawyer wrote.

Evans denied the claims against him, telling Page Six that he “never threatened — ever — to post any video anywhere in exchange for a settlement.”

Additionally, Evans insisted he deleted the video “a long time ago.”

“I am sorry that Scott apparently did something to hurt himself,” Evans told us. “He’s a great talent but these are issues he needs to deal with and move past.”

Thompson’s shows at the Luxor Hotel and Casino have been canceled as he continues his recovery.
