Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow prefers to keep his private life exactly that.

That’s why Burrow was upset his relationship with model Olivia Ponton became public knowledge back in 2024.

Fast forward two years and the couple is still going strong. Burrow must be treating Ponton well, because the model conveyed that she no longer tolerates any infidelity in relationships during an episode of her “Booked & Busy” podcast last week.

“I have been cheated on in all of my past relationships. Literally every single one of them. All of them,” Ponton said.

She then spoke about how she used to “beat herself up” about getting cheated on when she was younger because she believed it was the result of her not being good enough or doing something wrong.

“I think cheating is a sign of insecurity. If you feel the need to be in a happy, healthy relationship with somebody, and go to get outside validation that you are attractive, that is not a reflection of this perfectly great person that could be in your life. That is a reflection on them,” Ponton added.

“That’s my hot take.”

Since Ponton is specifically talking about past (not current) relationships, Burrow clearly plays by the rules both on and off the football field.
