Tom Sandoval granted restraining order against ex Victoria Robinson
Tom Sandoval has been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson.
According to court documents exclusively obtained by Page Six, a Los Angeles judge granted the “Vanderpump Rules” alum’s request Thursday following a months-long legal battle with his ex.
The restraining order will remain in effect until Oct. 1, 2028. During that period, Robinson has been instructed not to contact Sandoval directly or indirectly — including phone, mail, email or any other electronic communication.
Robinson must stay at least 100 yards from Sandoval, his workplace and his home — and has to move out of his Los Angeles residence immediately.
While the restraining order is active, Robinson cannot possess firearms or ammunition, the documents state.
The ruling comes just over three months after Sandoval, 44, sought protection from Robinson following an alleged violent altercation at his home.
As Page Six previously reported, Robinson was arrested June 3 after Sandoval accused her of attacking him following a night of drinking. She bonded out and was released later that day.
The Bravolebrity claimed in court documents that he and Robinson had gotten into an argument when he discovered she was recording him.
Sandoval alleged Robinson’s father, Will, then became involved in the dispute, grabbed him and punched a large hole in the door of a spare bedroom where Sandoval had barricaded himself.
The reality star claimed Robinson later entered the room and punched him in the face near his temple and hairline, leaving him with injuries to his ear and neck and temporarily blurred vision.
“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night,” Sandoval alleged in the filing.
He also claimed he continued experiencing pain in the days following the alleged attack and sought medical treatment.
Sandoval subsequently obtained temporary restraining orders against Victoria and Will, requiring both of them to immediately move out of his home and remain at least 100 yards away from him, his residence, workplace and vehicle.
The temporary orders also prohibited the pair from possessing firearms.
However, Will filed his own request for a civil harassment restraining order against Sandoval the following day.
He also portrayed a vastly different account of the June 3 confrontation, alleging Sandoval “overpowered” his daughter before pushing him into a lit fire pit.
Will claimed he suffered serious injuries from the incident, including a ruptured disc, broken thumb and elbow and a laceration to his heel.
Video footage from the altercation showed Will grabbing Sandoval around the waist as he appeared to attempt to take Victoria’s phone.
Sandoval could then be seen pushing Will backward, causing him to tumble over the lit fire pit.
Will alleged in his filing that the June confrontation was not the first time Sandoval had become physical with Victoria, a claim Sandoval has denied.
The former couple began dating in early 2024 following Sandoval’s highly publicized split from longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.
