The men wanted for brutally stabbing and slashing an off-duty NYPD detective seven times during a Bronx robbery could be seen making their getaway in new surveillance footage released by police Saturday.

Det. Jose Mercedes was clearing out his trunk at the corner of Rochambeau Avenue and East 208th Street in the Norwood neighborhood around 1:45 p.m. Friday when he was ambushed by the brazen e-bike-riding duo, police said.

The pair allegedly attacked Mercedes as they tried to snatch his gold chain, officials said.

“The two individuals stabbed and slashed the victim multiple times throughout the body and proceeded to forcefully remove the victim’s chain from around his neck,” police said.

The suspects then fled the location on the motorized bike, last seen traveling southbound on Rochambeau Avenue, cops said.

Video from the crime scene shows Mercedes bleeding profusely.

EMS rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, cops said.
