A 35-year-old woman was found dead with bruises all over her body inside her Bronx apartment Sunday evening – and investigators are eyeing foul play as a factor, cops and sources said. 

Jasmine Chisolm was badly battered – with visible marks on her head and face – when cops responded to her apartment on East 158th Street near Courtlandt Avenue in Melrose around 6:30 p.m., authorities said. 

Her boyfriend had called 911 to raise the alarm about her condition, law enforcement sources said. 

Chisolm was taken by responding EMS workers to Lincoln Medical Center, where she was initially listed in stable condition and succumbed to her injuries hours later.

It was not immediately clear how Chisolm died, but the NYPD is investigating the possibility of criminality, sources said. 

The city medical examiner’s office will officially determine the cause of death. 

No arrests had been made by Monday afternoon.
