An Arizona man who was detained and released without charges in connection with the unsolved abduction of Nancy Guthrie has been arrested again, according to local authorities — on unrelated charges.
“Luke Daley was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on September 30, 2026,” a Pima County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “This is unrelated to the Nancy Guthrie case.”
Daley, 37, has a lengthy criminal record and prior felony convictions. But on Feb. 13, police pulled him over in a Culver’s parking lot and raided his mother’s home during the investigation into Guthrie’s kidnapping from her home roughly two miles away in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills neighborhood.
