Milania Guidice apologizes to mom Teresa following heated airport incident: ‘You are the best sorry’
Milania Giudice has apologized to her mother, Teresa Giudice, following a widely publicized Florida airport incident.
According to TMZ, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality, 20, took to Instagram with a repost reading, “the older I get the more I appreciate how I was raised and who I was raised by.”
She wrote atop the Instagram Story, “you are the best sorry mother,” alongside a white heart emoji.
Justin Timberlake’s 2006 hit “What Goes Around…Comes Around” was added to the post.
A rep for Teresa, 54, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Wednesday.
The upload comes a month after Milania engaged in a heated argument with her mother and sister Gia Giudice, 25, while making their way through the Tampa International Airport.
Police were reportedly alerted after “multiple females” at the location “said they needed police ASAP” after Milania ran ahead of them in anticipation of a confrontation.
In footage from the heated exchange, Milania angrily asked her mother and sister, “This is what we do now?”
Teresa repeatedly reassured her daughter, “I love you.”
According to a police report obtained by Page Six at the time, authorities were told that Milania had recently been released from a hospital and was experiencing “suicidal thoughts.”
In a statement on Sept. 24, a rep for Milania told Page Six that she was “under the care of professionals … as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life.”
Teresa — who shares Milania, Gabriella, Gia and Audriana Giudice with ex-husband, Joe Giudice — subsequently took to her own Instagram Stories to share that her daughter had been in the midst of an “extremely vulnerable time in her life.”
The reality star’s daughter had struggled after the death of her best friend, Victoria Zardoya, in July after a tragic fall, and two months later, the death of her great-grandmother, Teresa divulged.
“Milania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends,” Teresa wrote in part, noting that “Grief affects everyone differently.”
The Bravolebrity noted that her focus was to care for her daughter during the “deeply personal time.”
In August, Page Six exclusively reported that Milania enrolled in anger management classes following an alleged domestic incident involving an unnamed person, during which Gabriella called 911 on her sister.
Milania was charged with one count of simple assault in May, according to a press release by Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano.
A judge claimed during a virtual court hearing in July that the college student “knowingly cause[d] bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”
Milania spoke out via TikTok in June, saying “It is what it is, s–t happens in life and you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it.”
Earlier this month, Milania also gushed over Gabriella in a social media birthday tribute — despite the alleged incident — writing, “You really are the best sister I could ever ask for.”
