Actress Dakota Johnson was convinced no one could possibly have the name 'OG Anunoby'

Actress Dakota Johnson must not be much of a sports fan because she wasn’t just unfamiliar with New York Knicks star OG Anunoby; she was convinced that there was no way he could be a real person.

Johnson was taking part in an episode of “Hot Ones Versus” on the First We Feast YouTube channel along with her co-stars in the new movie “Verity,” Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett.

They were playing a game in which Hathaway held names of celebrities up against her head, while Johnson and Hartnett tried to give her clues to help her guess who it was.

One of these celebrities was Anunoby, and Hathaway, a giant Knicks fan, should have had no issues naming him.

It just didn’t help that her co-stars had absolutely no clue who he was.

“That’s not real! You f–-ing a——s,” Johnson said. “You guys did this on purpose.”

Yes, the old sneak a big NBA player into a game where you eat wings. Oldest trick in the book.

Hartnett managed to dish out a solid enough clue that Hathaway could piece it all together.

“If you’re saying that something goes way back and they’re like original gangsters, so…” he said.

“OG Anunoby?” Hathaway correctly guessed.

Look, not everyone is a sports fan… but I’d argue that who OG Anunoby is should be common knowledge at this point.

In fact, I think the rule is that if an athlete has a cameo on an episode of “SNL,” the general population should know who they are.

Even if their name kind of looks like a Wi-Fi password upon first glance.

Again, sports aren’t everyone’s bag, but I’m still blown away by how many people go, “I don’t watch sports,” as an excuse for not knowing basic facts like this.

I’m not a fan of pop music, but I know who Sabrina Carpenter is.

So, even if you can’t rattle off his stats, you should probably be able to tell whether a big-name player like OG Anunoby is a real person.
