Who Went Home In ‘The Traitors: New Blood’ This Week?

The Traitors: New Blood continues to be, well, a bloodbath.

**Spoilers ahead for Season 1, Episode 5 of The Traitors: New Blood**

Just three weeks into the NBC spinoff of the Peacock phenomenon and the river of red has been flowing as the show’s three Traitors — Joe Vanella, Tomica Adams, and Katie Fites — have taken out Faithful after Faithful, including MLB analyst Xavier Scruggs, dog groomer Arisa Thomas, and the sweet Southern realtor Logan Smith, who knew just a little too much.

Headed into the roundtable at the end of Episode 4 (“The Death Parade”), it seemed like Katie might be in danger of going home, but as any true Traitors fan knows, anything can change in the blink of an eye, especially at a roundtable. If even one Faithful brings suspicion on themself or if a Traitor can throw the others off, the whole situation can be turned around and the Traitors can live to survive another night. But does that happen this week?

Fear not, we’ve got you covered, whatever your reason for needing to know who goes home this weekend is. Keep reading on for a full breakdown of who went home from Alan Cumming‘s castle this week via banishment and murder in the newest episode of The Traitors: New Blood…

Who Was Banished In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 5?

While it may have seemed like Katie was the contestant who would be in the hot seat and heading home during the banishment, as stated above, things turn around quickly at this roundtable. In the end, it’s Sherry Kuehl, the writer from Kansas, who becomes the subject of suspicion from her fellow players. Sherry, of course, tries to deny any involvement and swears to being a Faithful, but the votes turn against her, leading her to the circle of truth, where she announces herself as a Faithful.

Who Was Murdered In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 5?

While it seems as though Episode 5 (“Wake of the Living Dead”) is going to end with one of the Faithfuls being killed during the pulse-raising funeral procession held outside the castle, the episode abruptly cuts off before showing whose headstone has been set on fire. We’ll have to wait until the next episode airs on October 15 to figure out who is not returning from the dead!
