Metallica Rose Harrison’s chilling words after allegedly murdering husband, son

The mom accused of murdering her husband and their young son at a Poconos resort was found with her wrists and her neck slashed, according to cops — who said she told them she was “suicidal, not stupid.”

Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, also ranted about how she worked hard to be “the best mother, the best wife” after calling 911 Monday to allegedly admit murdering husband Charles Harrison and their 3-year-old son, identified only by his initials T.H., at Great Wolf Lodge, according to an affidavit obtained by WNEP.

“My husband and son are already gone in the bed in the living room. They’re already gone, I’m sorry,” Metallica Rose told the 911 operator of the pair found with multiple stab wounds to the chest.

She also asked for help finding a vein to stab in her neck — telling cops when they arrived that she was “suicidal, not stupid,” according to her affidavit.

Metallica Rose Harrison is accused of fatally stabbing her husband, Charles and their toddler.

“Every day I work so hard,” Metallica Rose told EMS as they treated her, according to the police affidavit.

“To be the best person, the best mother, the best wife. It wasn’t supposed to end like this. I was supposed to have my happy family. That’s what I envisioned since I was a child,” she said.

While in the ambulance, Metallica Rose repeatedly said she was “not supposed to be here,” according to the affidavit.

She asked EMS personnel how deep her wrist vein was so she knew for “next time,” and expressed frustration that her blood clotted despite her taking blood thinners.

Cops were called to the resort in Scotrun, PA, just after 3 p.m. Monday after Metallica — who lives around two hours away in Towanda — said she needed help dying and was unable to find the vein to stab in her neck.

She said she wanted to join her husband and son in death, according to the affidavit.

Cops entered Room 2030 and found father and son dead on mattresses with multiple stab wounds to the chest.

A butcher knife was found on the bathroom floor and a smaller knife in the bathroom sink, according to the police.

Cops also found several suspected containers of blood and multiple bottles of medication.

The seemingly happy family first checked in at Great Wolf Lodge on Sept. 21 and extended their reservation on Oct. 5.

Metallica Rose was taken to a hospital in nearby Stroudsburg for cuts to her left wrist and superficial puncture wounds on her neck, according to the affidavit.

She remains in police custody.
