Mossimo Giannulli makes surprising spousal support request in Lori Loughlin divorce response
Mossimo Giannulli has filed his response to Lori Loughlin’s request for a divorce following 28 years of marriage, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Giannulli filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday confirming he, too, wants to dissolve his marriage for the same reason Loughlin does — “irreconcilable differences.”
When the “Full House” star submitted her petition early last month, she requested that properties, assets and debts be split according to the former couple’s prenuptial agreement, which they signed one month before their November 1997 wedding.
She also asked for spousal support to be determined at a later date and that her estranged husband cover her attorneys’ fees and costs.
Interestingly, Giannulli did not mention a prenup in his filing and instead asked the court to “determine whether spousal support shall be payable to either party upon a request of either party” and “if one party should make a contribution to the other party’s fees.”
Notably, the fashion designer left the “date of separation” field blank, while his estranged wife listed Aug. 31, 2025.
