Florida rapper who killed girlfriend and unborn child makes jaw-dropping request to judge
A Florida rapper who murdered his pregnant girlfriend and her unborn child is begging a judge to sign off on his execution.
Billy Adams III, a 28-year-old rapper known as Ace Nh, gunned down Alana Sims, 22, in 2023 — as she was on her way to celebrate his acquittal days earlier in a separate double-murder case, according to WTSP-TV.
He killed her because he wasn’t ready to be a father to her unborn child, who also died — and later turned out not to be his. Sims was five months pregnant when they were murdered.
The convicted rapper wrote a handwritten letter to Tampa Circuit Judge Mark Wolfe on Oct. 12 begging him to comply with a jury recommendation to sentence him to death at his next hearing on Dec. 1.
“I don’t have an issue with the death penalty,” he wrote.
“I don’t want my lawyers to present any mitigation or arguments at this hearing,” Adams reportedly wrote, adding “I don’t have an issue with the death penalty.”
His request for capital punishment does not automatically mean he will be executed. The judge will still have discretion on whether Adams is sentenced to life in prison or the death penalty.

The Sunshine State had administered 18 executions so far in 2026, a year after killing a record 19 inmates, according to The Death Penalty Information Center.
