DeLorean ‘time machines’ swarm LA home for ‘Back to the Future’ fan fest

Fans of the beloved 1985 classic “Back to the Future” traveled back in time October 24, gathering outside the iconic home of Marty McFly for a celebration filled with DeLoreans, movie memorabilia and a special appearance by one of the film’s original stars.

The “Back to the McFly House Party Fan Meet Up” took place at the real-life house used as the McFly family home in the blockbuster film starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

Located at 9303 Roslyndale Avenue in Arleta, the San Fernando Valley residence served as the exterior of Marty’s home in the fictional Lyon Estates neighborhood of Hill Valley.

Adding to the excitement was special guest Claudia Wells, who portrayed Marty McFly’s girlfriend Jennifer Parker in the original film.

Wells met with fans, posed for photos and signed autographs during the afternoon celebration.

The gathering offered fans an opportunity to revisit a filming location from the movie that became the highest-grossing domestic release of 1985.
