Chrishell Stause’s ex Jason Oppenheim reacts to ‘Selling Sunset’ star’s shocking split from G Flip

Chrishell Stause’s ex-boyfriend Jason Oppenheim showed his support for the “Traitors” alum after her shocking split from G Flip.

After the “Selling Sunset” star took to Instagram Monday and shared a heartbreaking video about the breakup, saying she feels like “a little bit of a failure,” Oppenheim took to the comments section to hype her up.

“I’m really sorry to hear this. I’m thinking of you and sending you my love. You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things just don’t work out, but it certainly doesn’t mean anyone failed,” The president of The Oppenheim Group penned.

“There’s probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it might just take some time to process. But please know that you’re very loved and I’m always there for you no matter what. ❤️”

Stause, 45, revealed she was dating the famed real estate broker, 49, in July 2021.

By December of that year, however, they split because of their “different wants regarding a family.”

“While Chrishell and I are no longer together, we remain best friends and we will always love and support one another,” Oppenheim shared at the time.

“She was the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had, and it was the happiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life.”

When Stause moved on with G Flip in May 2022, Oppenheim remained close friends with his ex and embraced her new partner. The exes also continued to star alongside one another on “Selling Sunset.”

The reality star and the musician, whose real name is Georgia Flippo, and uses they/them pronouns, got married in May 2023, though it wasn’t legal.

“It was probably the best day of my life, and we had so much fun, and it was just super beautiful and super cute,” G Flip, 33, told People at the time of the secret Las Vegas ceremony.

The couple later renewed their vows in the musician’s home country of Australia in July 2024, and then had a medieval-themed wedding ceremony at a Los Angeles castle in July 2025.

Last year, Stause revealed she was struggling with her vitro fertilization (IVF) process in hopes of having a baby with G Flip.

“There are other alternatives, but this route needed to be tried first bc of timing. So if it’s meant to be it will be. If not, pivot,” Stause wrote on Instagram at the time.

Despite their plans to start a family, Stause announced their breakup on Monday in a candid social media upload.

In the video, the “Days of our Lives” alum said she and her ex “have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other.”

“That’s not hard for me, because I’m in love with this person,” the Netflix star explained, noting that she doesn’t “have all the information and the reasons” for the breakup.

Stause — who was previously married to “This Is Us” star Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021 — vowed that she’s “definitely never doing this again.”

“It’s hard. It’s painful,” she admitted. “I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss. Or maybe you don’t miss. These are the lives and seasons you’re meant to have with people, and I had an amazing over four years with G. So maybe that’s not a miss.”
