49ers throw epic Halloween party that included Daejon Love costume
The 49ers threw their annual Halloween party to kick off their bye week.
Quarterback Brock Purdy and his wife, Jenna, hosted the spectacular event for players and loved ones. Purdy was spotted wearing a Sully costume from the Disney movie “Monsters, Inc.”
Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall dressed up as Austin Powers, and Romello Height wore a Chucky costume. Other costumes spotted at the Halloween bash included Daejon Love — the fraudster who claimed to be a 49ers player — and Michael Myers.
This year’s event was the Purdy family’s second time hosting the 49ers’ Halloween party. Based on pictures and videos, the couple did not disappoint.
While 49ers players are enjoying the bye week, the front office is in the midst of actively exploring trade options. As the Nov. 10 trade deadline approaches, the 49ers will have to bolster key areas of the roster that have been hampered by injury.
The Seahawks struck a deal for eight-time Pro Bowler Quenton Nelson, which immediately improved Seattle’s offensive line. The NFC West is one of the most competitive divisions in the league, and the 49ers will have to respond accordingly.
Perhaps the front office could orchestrate a trade this week while the 49ers have some time off before their Nov. 8 matchup against the Raiders.
