Ex-JPMorgan banker in ‘sex slave’ suit accused of getting sister to lie about kissing, racial remark: filing

The ex-JPMorgan banker who accused his boss of making him her “sex slave” got his sister to lie in sworn testimony for him — claiming she saw the boss kiss her bro on the neck and tell him, “I own you, Brownie” — according to a new filing from the bank that seeks to dismiss the case.

Chirayu Rana allegedly enlisted the help of both his sis and a close friend to back his lurid allegations against Lorna Hajdini — who fired back last month that Rana was actually waging a “deliberate and sustained scheme” to portray her as a racist sexual predator and criminal.

In a Monday night filing in Manhattan federal court, JPMorgan renewed its allegations of lies and misconduct by Rana, saying they deserve “the most serious sanction available.”

The bank said the money man got his sister Chandani Rana and chum Allan Flott to lie in order to bolster his accusations that Hajdini forced him to have sex and demanded submissive behavior in general.

Chandani Rana initially swore to seeing Hajdini kiss her sibling on the neck and saying denigrating words along the lines of,  “I own you, Brownie” — echoing her brother’s allegations of racism.

Chandani Rana took back the remarks earlier this month, saying:  “I have never seen Ms. Hajdini engage in any inappropriate, sexual, harassing, threatening, or intoxicated conduct toward my brother or anyone else.”

Flott previously claimed Hajdini exhorted her to join Chirayu Rana for a threesome in a bedroom at Flott’s place, allegedly saying, “You know, I own Chirayu, so you’d better come join.” JPMorgan said Flott was “led astray” by his friend, though he’s yet to take back the story.

Back in April, Rana accused Hajdini of coercing him into sex and promising career advances in return – including forcing him into oral sex, grabbing his genitals, and threatening to “ruin” him if he didn’t obey.  He also accused the company for racism and creating an environment for sexual harassment.

JPMorgan and Hajdini — who countersued in May, saying the accusations torched her career and damaged her reputation — are demanding Chirayu Rana cover their legal costs.

“No order can fully restore Ms. Hajdini’s reputation or undo what she has suffered,” her lawyer Melissa Rodriguez said in a court filing. “But the court can put an end to this fraudulent litigation, hold those responsible accountable, and put an end to Ms. Hajdini’s ongoing nightmare.”

Rana has had trouble getting legal representation throughout the case.

His latest lawyer, Jon Norinsberg, has asked to leave the case, pointing to “irreconcilable differences” with Rana. Norinsberg declined to comment to Reuters, citing court instructions.

High-powered attorney Daniel Kaiser quit from repping Rana in May. Yet another lawyer ceased repping the money man during negotiations with JPMorgan before the suit was filed.

Rana left JPMorgan in late 2025 for private equity firm Bregal Sagemount, which cut ties with him in April after less than six months on the job over performance concerns, company insiders previously told The Post.

The Post has sought comment from Norinsberg.
