4 school buses vandalized with swastikas, antisemitic vitriol outside NYC yeshiva: cops

Four school buses were found vandalized with swastikas and other antisemitic vitriol outside a Brooklyn yeshiva Monday morning, cops said.

The hateful symbol and phrases “F–k Jews,” “F–k Israel,” “Free Palestine” and “America First” were scrawled in black spray paint on the buses parked outside the United Talmudical Academy of Williamsburg, according to police and photos posted by Williamsburg News.

Someone affiliated with the yeshiva, located at Bedford Avenue and Williamsburg Street West, made the disturbing discovery around 9:50 a.m. and called 911, police said.

No arrests had been made hours later, and the NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.

No suspect descriptions were immediately available.

The vandalism was discovered less than a week after the same yeshiva received a phoned-in bomb threat on Oct. 9, authorities said.

That threat came minutes after someone called the Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School with a similar threat.

Both schools were evacuated out of an abundance of caution before the NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit and K9 teams swept both schools, deeming them safe, cops said.

The NYPD revealed last month that hate crimes jumped by nearly 13% over the first nine months of the year compared to the same period last year, with anti-Jewish incidents accounting for more than half of them.
