The self-proclaimed “crime junkie” accused of filming jurors at Lindsay Clancy’s explosive trial has a bone-chilling backstory.

Dawn Light, the Clancy supporter who pleaded not guilty to aggravated intimidation of a juror, lost her husband and son in the span of five years, and made the news when the ground on top of her child’s grave caved in and she collapsed into the plot.

Light, 56, told NBC in April 2017 that while she was mourning her son Zachary, who died at 22 that January from a seizure, she sunk into the ground above his casket at Millbury’s Central Cemetery in Millbury, Mass.

“Beyond unfathomable, beyond, beyond unfathomable,” Light told the outlet. “I had to dig to get myself out of a hole.

“How can my baby be at peace?”

In the same somber article, Light revealed that her husband Daniel died in 2013 from complications stemming from ALS.

Light, a retired nurse, allegedly pulled her blue Toyota into a “restricted area” of the court premises and filmed and took photos from inside the car as jurors were leaving court Tuesday afternoon, according to prosecutor Nicole Piacentini.

When cops approached Light, “she was adamant” she wasn’t filming jurors but rather “waiting to see if Lindsay Clancy would come out of the building,” the prosecutor claimed.

But when the officers looked inside her phone, Piacentini alleged they found a video of jurors walking out in her deleted folder.

Light’s attorney Jennifer White disputed these claims and brushed off the incident as a “complete misunderstanding.”

“My client was seeking a picture of Ms. Clancy and had no intention of any interactions with the jurors,” White said.

The judge shot down the prosecution’s request to set a $50,000 bail, but ordered Light to stay away from the courthouse, witnesses and jurors. She is only allowed to return for her own hearings.

If convicted, Light faces up to 20 years behind bars.

Light told CT Insider that she’s attended other widely publicized trials including those of Alex Murdaugh and Karen Read.

Light did not return The Post’s request for comment.

Judge William Sullivan announced Friday that alleged-killer-mom Clancy’s case resulted in a mistrial after jurors deliberated for a grueling 40 hours.

Jurors told the judge earlier Friday that they were deadlocked for a third time — prompting him to rule a hung jury in the case that has captivated the nation.

Clancy, 36, doesn’t deny fatally strangling her three kids, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, in the basement of their Duxbury home on Jan. 24, 2023.

But her defense argued that she carried out the killings in a fit of postpartum psychosis amplified by a cocktail of prescription medications. They asked the panel to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity.

Prosecutors argue that she carefully planned out the killings.

Clancy’s next hearing is set for Sept. 29.
