A Florida creep was busted touching himself while wearing only a G-string and sneakers outside a Target— where cops found women’s underwear and sex toys in his car, according to police.

Nicholas Lydic, 41, allegedly pulled the pervy move in the store’s parking lot in Oviedo at around 8 p.m. Sunday, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office told The Post.

A shopper was leaving the store when she spotted the skivvies-sporting self-groper going to town on himself, according to an arrest report.

“On her way out of the Target, she observed a white male with a beard wearing a teal G-string with white tennis shoes, masturbating outside his car,” the report states.

When cops questioned Lydic, he told them he was changing his clothes because they’d gotten wet, wcax.com reported, citing police.

Lydic was charged with indecent exposure — after last year being convicted of the same crime in another Florida county, according to the station. 

During Sunday’s arrest, a deputy also found a backpack full of women’s underwear along with sex toys in the suspect’s car, according to the station.

Police were initially called to the parking lot by someone who reported a man touching himself outside the store.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Target did not return The Post’s request for more information Friday.
