Lenny Kravitz addresses grim rumors he was on doomed Learjet involved in Florida plane crash

Lenny Kravitz clarified that he was not involved in the fatal Florida plane crash on Sunday.

“The reports are untrue and incorrect,” Kravitz’s rep, Carleen Donovan, told BocaNewsNow.

Over the weekend, a Bahamas-bound Learjet crashed into a South Florida mobile home park, killing all nine people on board.

Rumors that the rocker was on the doomed jet went viral on X after a female pilot, wrongly identified as the one flying the doomed $2 million vessel, posted about taking Kravitz on a similar route shortly before the accident.

“Honored to be flying the one and only Lenny Kravitz from [Austin-Bergstrom International Airport] to [North Eleuthera Airport, Bahamas] tomorrow. Looking forward to having him on board,” a screenshot of Florida-based pilot Emily Shelton’s since-deleted Facebook post read.

“’It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over’ is gonna be playing in the cockpit 💃 🎶.”

Fans resurfaced the post on X and immediately assumed that both Shelton and Kravitz had perished in the crash.

Additionally, the 21-year-old pilot had already gone viral in August for making an emergency landing on Interstate 10.

Shelton also spoke out against rumors that she and the Grammy winner were involved in the crash.

“I was recently made aware that there are rumors that I was the pilot of the recent crash in Palm Beach,” she wrote on TikTok Sunday.

“My heart goes out to all those lost and affected.”

On Monday, The Post exclusively identified the pilot as 20-year-old Nathalia Gadelha, who got her pilot license while still in high school.

The plane, which had departed Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas, took a sharp right turn before nosediving from 8,000 feet into the ground.

Authorities have yet to identify the nine people killed in the crash, which Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called “cataclysmic.”

“It looked like a missile going down, it left a big crater on the side of the road,” he said of the jet.
